Thomas B. Vincent is Emeritus Professor at the Royal Military College of Canada, Kingston, where he served in the English Department from 1969 to 2005. He has published various studies on the early literature of Maritime Canada, and compiled bibliographical printing histories on the publications of a number of Canadian authors.
