But the lift of the year was hidden in Bliss's modest title "Music for Strings". Oh you must hear it -- It is 'our' music. You would no doubt appreciate its finer points but I have not been so moved by music for a long time.
If it is recorded (which I doubt) I shall try to find it and send it you.
To hear it 'in the flesh' was of course perfect and it was exquisitely played.
I must hear it again or I shall die an unhappy man.
File it away and watch for it.
