Description

Full Title:
McClelland & Stewart royalty statement for Pierre Berton's The National Dream
Description:

This royalty statement for The National Dream indicates that Berton should have been paid $52,930.63 on 1 May 1971, but a subsequent letter from M&S (20 Sep 1971) indicates a higher amount of $54,917.21. The difference between the two amounts is largely due to additional royalties from Berton's previous books, as well as
deductions for books he purchased.
